The Institut für Quantenoptik at the Leibniz Universität Hannover focuses on applied and fundamental research in laser physics and the interaction of light and matter. Research topics range from the production of quantum gases to the production of plasmas with ultrashort laser pulses. The institute also provides central parts of the education within the Bachelor and Master courses in physics and related topics. |
